Presentation Title:  The Northeast Florida Fusion Center and Florida Fusion Center Network

Summary: This presentation will introduce the Northeast Florida Fusion Center and the Florida Fusion Center Network as well as details on how the center can provide information and products to critical infrastructure and private sector organizations.

Speaker Bio:              
Kas Khan is the Director of the Northeast Florida Fusion Center. The Northeast Florida Fusion Center is one of seven regional fusion centers in the state of Florida.  The center is responsible for information sharing and analytical support for 13 counties in northern Florida, which include the cities of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, and Ocala. As the Director, he is responsible for the operations of the Center, liaising with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners, and overseeing the IT infrastructure. Prior to becoming Director, he was the Lead Analyst/IT Analyst at the Center and was previously a supervisor in the Crime Analysis Unit at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
