Dan is a Senior Risk Management Consultant, and is the owner and President of RAC Partners, Inc., a Risk Management Consultancy, that has been operating since 1997. In that role, Dan has provided Risk Management support and consultation to multiple Healthcare, Financial and Government institutions. Prior to that, Dan held senior positions in Global Information Security and Global Product Management for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. For 10 years, he led teams in developing risk management strategies and implementing policies, programs and systems in a global enterprise. Prior to working at Johnson & Johnson, Dan worked for the US Department of Defense at the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, MD for 14 years. Over that time, Dan held various positions, starting as a circuit designer for secure communications systems, advancing to Program Manager for large secure communications systems development, and eventually holding the position of Deputy Division Chief for Computer Security Research.
Dan is a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and a CTPRP (Certified Third Party Risk Management Professional) with 32 years of experience in Systems Security and Risk Management. Dan has a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, and currently volunteers locally, teaching Cyber Security concepts at local High Schools.

Tommy came to Jacksonville after separating from the Air Force Combat Communications Squadron in Germany where he served for 8 years, supporting missions throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia as the only forward deployed unit abroad. He worked and traveled globally for the DoD on the worldwide simulation program for 2 years, followed by a 4-year stint with the FBI here in Jacksonville in which he supported several projects. From there, he has worked for several Fortune 100 companies from an upper management level to various hands-on engineering and architecture roles in different areas. He has over 20+ years of experience in security and IT. His last stint was working for some of the top cyber security vendors as a Security Solutions Architect supporting accounts in Florida. Tommy holds several security professional certifications to include, but not limited to, Palo Alto Networks, FireEye, Websense, Vormetric, Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point and Lieberman Software. He was recently a Co-Owner/Managing Partner of a locally owned and operated Information Security firm which assists companies of all sizes with security challenges in the Southeast, LATAM and the Caribbean. He is very active and engaged in the Information Security community here in Jacksonville and throughout the Southeast. He currently works for Palo Alto Networks as a Security Architect assisting Major Accounts in Florida.

Daniel Pal is an Information Security Engineer \ Team lead at MRI software. Daniel graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and is currently attending the EC Council University for his Masters in Cyber Security in Executive Leadership in Information Assurance.
With over a decade of experience as a network and security engineer, he has worked in information security roles across government and private enterprise. Daniel was formerly a Security Engineer at Web.com and a Senior System Engineer/Security Officer at Advanced Network Solutions.

Kimberlee Millikan is a proven cybersecurity professional with over 16 years of experience serving the healthcare, legal, and financial services industries. She specializes in regulatory compliance, digital forensics, information system auditing, security & fraud analysis, and project requirement analysis.
Kimberlee is considered an expert in regulatory compliance and has worked as both an internal and external audit adviser for her healthcare, legal, and financial clients. She is extremely proficient in HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, and PCI compliance in addition to information system and security infrastructures.
Ms. Millikan’s strongest skill-sets are her project management and communication skills. She is highly regarded by her colleagues and clients as a gifted communicator who can take fairly complicated cybersecurity based principals and make them easy to understand and implement. Her years of experience have built a solid foundation that enables her to quickly identify data irregularities and analyze the information system infrastructure for preventative, detective, and corrective controls.
Kimberlee’s is extremely passionate about helping her clients achieve regulatory compliance and increase their level of overall cybersecurity posture which will ultimately reduce the risks of cyber-attacks, malware threats, and data theft.
Ms. Millikan continues on-going study, focusing on information technology security, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices in the health and legal communities. Additionally, she enjoys falling back on her early career of teaching programming at a state University and presenting cybersecurity and best practice training to businesses and technology enthused youth.
Michael Anderson is Director at Healogics and holds the ISC(2) Security Systems Certified Practitioner certification. Michael earned his B.S.B.A from Auburn University at Montgomery and has over twenty-five years of IT leadership experience in information security, design, management, implementation, and development of value-added business solutions and organizations. His experience is derived from a wide range of industries, both public and private. These industries include Health, Transportation, Logistics, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Employee Services, State Governments, and Department of Defense. This experience has provided exposure to an impressive list of business challenges, organizations, and successes. An Air Force veteran, Michael first became involved in Information Technology while serving at the Air Force Data Systems Design Center (AFDSFC) in the early 1980’s.
