Introduction
The InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance, Inc. (IJMA) is pleased to present our Sponsor Program. In order to raise funds for meeting facilities, training materials, and to defray costs of monthly and special meetings, the Chapter Officers have approved the following guidelines for the 2016 Annual Sponsor program.
There are three levels of annual sponsorship available. The first level (Platinum) is at $3,000 per year. The second level (Gold) is at $2,000 per year. The third level (Silver) is at $1,000 per year.
Additionally, there is an opportunity to sponsor the IJMA Chapter monthly lunch meeting.
Sponsor Requirements (All Levels):
1. Sponsors agree with the InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance, Inc. mission as stated in the Benefits section below.
2. Sponsors agree to focus on improving the professional knowledge and expertise of critical infrastructure defenders, first responders, and security practitioners through an education-oriented rather than sales approach. The InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance will not provide membership or meeting attendee lists.
3. Sponsors agree to promote services and products to IJMA members only after the express permission of those members to be solicited has been received. This is also known as the “opt-in” policy. In conjunction with the opt-in policy, Sponsors also agree to adhere to a “no-spam” and chapter privacy policies. Also, membership names, contact information, and distribution lists will not be shared under any circumstances under this program. The InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance logo may not be utilized or displayed without written approval from the IJMA Executive Board under this program.
4. To emphasize IJMA’s education mission, sponsor or product specific “standalone” displays or showcases are not permitted at any events.
5. The InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to amend the program at any time, and abuse of the program could result in expulsion from the program, with no refund of sponsorship fees to the Sponsor.
6. The InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance, Inc. has agreed to abide by terms of membership in the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA). From time to time, terms of membership may cause changes to this program. Accordingly, the InfraGard Jacksonville Members’ Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to modify this program to maintain compliance with INMA provisions.
Benefits of Sponsorship for the Jacksonville InfraGard Chapter
The mission of the InfraGard Jacksonville Members Alliance is “in alignment with that of the national InfraGard program, the Jacksonville Chapter’s core mission is to improve and extend information sharing between private industry and the government, particularly the FBI, to the furtherance of protecting critical national infrastructures.” A 501(c)3 organization, InfraGard does not charge membership dues and needs to rely on donations from sponsors in order to have a working budget. Listed below are the benefits you will receive in providing a donation.
Benefits of Sponsorship Program for the Participants
In exchange for sponsorship donations, the Chapter will provide a variety of marketing opportunities, according to guidelines listed below. Exceptions or alterations to these guidelines may be made at the discretion of a majority of the Chapter Officers.
•Sponsors are encouraged to network with InfraGard members and guests at monthly meetings and create relationships which help IJMA members enhance their security posture, reduce risk, solve problems and provide solutions.
•Brochure table at each monthly IJMA meeting for Sponsors’ materials.
•Display of Sponsor’s Logo with click-through link to Sponsor’s homepage on InfraGard Jacksonville website.
•Display of tagline or short paragraph describing the Sponsor on InfraGard Jacksonville website.
Sponsorships are available in the following categories:
•Monthly Meeting Sponsors
•Annual Chapter Sponsorship
Monthly Meeting Sponsors
A monthly meeting sponsor may supply space, lunch, refreshments and connectivity (as needed) facilities for the Chapter’s meeting(s). In exchange, the Chapter will provide a link on our website for one year identifying and thanking the sponsor. Monthly meeting sponsors may physically host the meetings at the standard meeting site. If arrangements can be made on an individual basis for an alternative location, the Chapter Officers must first approve 30 days in advance of the meeting. Costs will be based on membership participation at each event. A monthly meeting sponsor could expect the following during the meeting sponsored:
•Three representatives at the meeting
•Collateral table at the same meeting
•Recognition at the same meeting
•10 minute (non-sales) presentation at the same meeting if not presenting (no more than one 10 minute presentation per monthly meeting)
•30-45 minute educational presentation at same meeting (optional)
•Logo Banner on a separate page of our website under “Meeting Sponsors” referenced by a link or tab ¹
Note: National InfraGard presentation guidelines will apply and member attendance is not guaranteed.
Annual Chapter Sponsors (Annual or 12 month rolling term from the time an application is accepted)
Those companies or individuals that wish to take advantage of the opportunity to connect with the professionals of the Jacksonville chapter can expect to receive the following benefits for their participation. All benefits related to presentations at monthly meetings are available on a first come first served basis. Any special events or meetings must be approved by the Chapter Officers.

•First Tier Opportunity to sponsor InfraGard Events
Gold Chapter Sponsor
