 Josh Susen

President

Josh Susen is the President of InfoShield, specializing in Cybersecurity for the financial sector with fractional CISO services, vulnerability management, security assessments, and GRC. Josh has worked in healthcare, banking, internet services, and the forest industry. Before InfoShield he was a Director of IT Security and Compliance at Formativ Health, the Director of IT at CBC National Bank managing the IT team, bank infrastructure, all relevant policy, vendor management, vulnerability management, and the required regulated environment. Previous to CBC Josh worked at Bangor Savings Bank first as a payroll systems administrator, network administrator, and IT Supervisor. The Network/System Engineer at a wireless ISP. and his early career was a programmer for voice recognition software for the Forest Industry.
He holds an MS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance through WGU, and holds a number of certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH).

Alex Guell

Vice President

Alex Guell is a recognized leader in the North – Central Florida technology and cybersecurity community. With over seven years of service in the Jacksonville IT Council (including roles as Ambassador, Speaker Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and incoming Vice President in 2026), Alex has been instrumental in driving innovation and collaboration across the region.

 

As Vice President of InfraGard Jax Member Alliance since 2024, Alex works to strengthen cybersecurity resilience through public-private partnerships with the FBI Cybersecurity unit. He also plays a key role in organizing major conferences like Tech Coast Conference and BSides Jax, where he has served as Speaker Chair and Co-Chair for multiple years.

 

Beyond his community leadership roles, Alex is a passionate advocate for diversity in tech, actively supporting initiatives that encourage women to pursue careers in technology and cybersecurity. He frequently speaks to high school and university students, sharing practical insights on how to start and succeed in these fields. Professionally, Alex serves as Senior Account Executive at Panda Technology, where he empowers small and mid-sized businesses with enterprise-grade technology and cybersecurity solutions, tools typically out of reach for these organizations of their size. His mission is to help clients transform operations, strengthen security, and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Dan Pinto

Dan is an Information Technology (IT) Professional with extensive experience in Information Security, Privacy and Compliance. Dan spent 15 years doing Intelligence work at the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, MD, and 10 years as a Director, Information Security at Johnson & Johnson before arriving in Jacksonville. At that time, Dan founded RAC Partners, Inc., and has been providing high value Cyber Security services to large and small customers. Dan is skilled in developing Enterprise Security and IT Architectures and solutions for the business challenges of large, global enterprises through direct and dotted-line, international relationships. He has a strong background in security governance, policy creation, identity management and data protection using cryptography, program and portfolio management, customer segmentation, business case analysis and budgeting. Experienced in developing solutions tailored for local, regional, and global user populations. Dan also spends some of time coaching 17U Youth Hockey and is certified as a Level 2 Hockey Coach.
